Monobot connects AI voice and chat agents to your Altegio account. The agent communicates with customers 24/7 through chat and voice channels, answers questions about your salon’s services, specialists, prices and available appointment times.
The agent works with one Altegio location per bot: services, staff and open slots always match that branch. After connection, Monobot imports services, categories and team members; data refreshes daily. Clients reach you on website chat, Telegram, Instagram, browser voice, phone or SIP. Subscriptions are purchased in Monobot; the Integration Hub is used to connect the integration to your location. Before you subscribe, Monobot includes a one-time trial allowance for setup and testing in the Monobot admin panel: 100 chat responses and 10 minutes of voice calls. These credits are available until you use them up and are not intended for live customer traffic on connected channels.
When a customer is ready to book, the agent checks availability in Altegio and creates the appointment directly in the Altegio journal. It can also help customers reschedule or cancel an existing appointment according to your salon’s booking rules.
During connection, Monobot imports your salon’s services, service categories and team members so the agent can provide relevant answers from the first conversation. You control the agent’s instructions, tone of voice, supported channels and escalation rules in the Monobot platform.
