About this integration
Altegio Knowledge MCP gives your AI assistant the official Altegio help center. Connect it to Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor or another MCP-compatible client and ask product questions the way you would ask a colleague, instead of searching the documentation by hand.
What it does
• Semantic search over the published documentation: online booking, the appointment calendar, clients and loyalty, notifications, integrations, billing, team settings and the mobile apps.
• Every result carries the article title, its section, when it was last updated, a relevance score, a snippet and the link — so the assistant cites the source instead of inventing an answer.
• Screenshots are indexed too: every image in the help center is described in the search index, so a step that exists only inside a screenshot is still findable.
• Ask in Russian, English, Ukrainian, Hungarian or Brazilian Portuguese. Each language has its own index and the assistant answers in the language of the question; for Spanish, ask in English.
• Ask for one article or up to ten at a time, then follow the links to read the full page.
Safe by construction
The endpoint is read-only and covers public documentation only. It never reads your account, your locations, your clients or your revenue. Pair it with Altegio Pro MCP, or its read-only listing, when an assistant needs both the official guidance and your live business data.
