The tariff is unified and includes all available channels (WhatsApp, Telegram, Integrilla SMS*) and does not depend on the number of team members or sent messages.
The service replaces the SMS aggregator in the system and allows you to send messages and automatic notifications in WhatsApp, Telegram, and/or SMS directly from ALTEGIO.
Notifications are sent from your phone number with no restrictions on the number of messages and no additional payments. Messages will be displayed in WhatsApp/Telegram on your phone/computer/tablet, and you will be able to respond to the client without any problems both from the app and from ALTEGIO.

Easy to set up, clear interface.
The advantages are that it’s easy to connect and easy to manage. It has all the necessary functionality. An interesting solution for the SMS API, very convenient for small businesses. The disadvantages are that the discount for 1 employee doesn’t work, as the owner is also counted as an employee. And most importantly — the SMS API keeps disconnecting. Every day, preferably several times, you need to log in and check that nothing has disconnected. It doesn’t send notifications when something disconnects, SMS messages simply stop arriving. Overall, I rate the service 3.5 out of 5.

2 stars, only because support communicated and answered questions. The reason why I’m not satisfied 1) The SMS integration with IPhone doesn’t work. 2) I was sent to another service for SMS. I was sent to Messedo 3) Registration on their (Messedo) website didn’t work. 4) After a long exchange of messages, I was sent to another service, messaggio 5) They provided very general instructions on what needed to be done. After many attempts, they provided more detailed instructions, which didn’t work. In response, I was told: "Unfortunately, we have nothing to do with this; our instructions only explain where to get the key from messaggio. It’s best to contact messaggio support to find out how to register with messaggio" 6) An hour later, I finally managed to reach messaggio support. They immediately said that I should pay them 30 euros for registration, 20 euros as a deposit, and then they would handle my setup 7) Integrilla replied: "Unfortunately, you won’t be able to find an SMS service that’s much cheaper than messagggio, and no one will provide a trial period for SMS. If you have any questions, please get in touch. Have a good day!!" and "Unfortunately, we cannot accept responsibility for connecting third-party services." Maybe I’m wrong, but for those who need "this kind of" SMS integration and don’t have Android, only an iPhone — wellcome
