User Data Transfer and Processing Agreement
Pursuant to the Data Processing Requirements and Regulation (EC) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, I give my voluntary consent to the transfer for processing of my personal data by new Controller “Altegio Limitedâ, a company incorporated under Cyprus law with registered office at Ioanni Stylianou, 6, 2nd floor, Flat|Office 202, 2003, Nicosia, Cyprus, (hereinafter the “Controller”) for the purpose of carrying out for to access and use of the Altegio Platform. Consent is given to the Controller for the processing of my personal data in accordance with Privacy Policy that is posted and/or available on the Internet at alteg.io/en/info/privacy and sets forth the rules of processing of Userâs personal information including Userâs personal data, and with Terms of Service that is posted and/or available on the Internet at: alteg.io/en/info/terms in order to enable the Parties to continue their relationship in a manner that is compliant with law. The Controller is entitled to perform actions (operations) with my personal data, including collection, systematization, accumulation, storage, clarification (updating, change) of use, depersonalization, blocking, deletion of my personal data, categories of which are specified in the Privacy Policy. I have no objection to exchange (receipt, transfer) of my personal data between the Controller and third parties in accordance with the concluded contracts and agreements, in order to observe my legal rights and interests. This Agreement comes into force from the moment of its signing by the Parties and shall remain in force until the termination of this Agreement. This Agreement may be revoked by me in writing at any time at my sole discretion.
