Reviews
Clients aren't receiving SMS notifications about their appointments(
I like it They always respond promptly to any questions and help resolve them Unlike Altegio itself
The app is very convenient to work with. The only thing I would like to add is the option to make notes when setting a break, explaining why the break was created.
How can I contact you?
The technical support team works very quickly and helped me with the settings, holding my hand like a child — it's wonderful. Thank you, everything works perfectly.
At first, everything worked well. At the most critical moment, it crashed and it’s impossible to restore it
I paid for a month, but after a couple of days it asked me to pay again, and the notifications aren't coming through
So far, we really like the programme, and we hope it stays that way We were looking for a programme that would be easy to use while also meeting our needs for sending SMS messages.
Editing services and service durations doesn't work.
Everything is wonderful 👍

Brilliant! Convenient, everything works 10/10
Dear clients!! We are very grateful to you for your lovely reviews. Thanks to you, we have the opportunity to grow and improve our services and customer care. We are always happy to see you at our barbershop.
+ our clients can see that the SMS is specifically from the studio, which is important to them. - We haven't found any yet. We've only been using it for 1 week
Everything is inconvenient
I like the programme; it's just what I need for sending messages to my own client database!
Fine
The Alpha name verification takes a long time everything else is okay
Everything works; the only downside is the lengthy name verification
