What is AssistBot?
AssistBot is a WhatsApp chatbot developed for beauty salons, nail studios, barbershops, and other service and healthcare businesses.
WhatsApp bot features
- Sends all possible types of notifications to clients in WhatsApp: appointment creation, reminders, review requests, messages to lost clients, greetings, etc. — everything you send via SMS, but free of charge, since AssistBot messages are not billed. At the same time, you can disable SMS notifications and optimize these costs.
- AssistBot has a personal account where your receptionists can chat with clients and process messages quickly, even if there are many messages.
- Supports a wide range of additional functionality: messaging to your database, exporting chat history, administrative messages (to specialists, managers), and more. Personalized feature setup is available to match your business needs.
Connection
- In Altegio, go to Administration mode, Integrations > Notifications and select the AssistBot app, or follow the link.
- On the page that opens, click Connect.
Then follow the provided instructions.
