Підключення hutko для онлайн-оплати візитів

Hutko is a Ukrainian online payment service from the same banking group as PUMB (First Ukrainian International Bank). After you connect hutko to your Altegio location, clients pay for visits on the hutko payment page by Visa or Mastercard card, Apple Pay, or Google Pay, and the money goes to your PUMB business account.

When to use

• A client books by phone or in a messenger, and you want the visit paid before the client arrives. Send the client a payment link from the appointment window.
• You require prepayment for services that clients book online. Clients pay for these services in the online booking widget.

Before you start

Requirements:

• Location: in Ukraine. hutko is available only for Altegio locations in Ukraine.
• Business: a sole proprietor (FOP) or a legal entity. hutko doesn’t work with individuals.
• Bank account: a business account at PUMB. hutko pays out only to a PUMB account.
• hutko merchant: registered in the hutko merchant portal and activated by hutko.
• Access rights in Altegio: Online payments with edit access, to choose the payment system for payment methods. For details, see Finance access rights.

How to connect hutko

Step 1. Register a merchant in hutko

hutko accepts payments only after it activates your merchant. Before activation, hutko checks your business data together with PUMB. Before you register, check the hutko project requirements and connection restrictions.

1. Register in the hutko merchant portal with your email.
2. Follow the link in the email from hutko, create a password, and log in.
3. Register the merchant. Fill in:
   • the country and the form of ownership;
   • the legal name and the EDRPOU or RNOKPP code;
   • a link to your website, business page, channel, or mobile app;
   • your phone number.
4. In Налаштування мерчанта (Merchant settings), open the Банківський рахунок (Bank account) tab.
5. Link your PUMB business account:
   • If you already have a PUMB business account, click Я вже з ПУМБом (I’m already with PUMB) and wait for a call from hutko.
   • If you don’t have one, open it in the PUMB Business app (ПУМБ Бізнес).
6. Wait until a hutko specialist contacts you.

Step 2. Copy the merchant ID and payment key

Altegio connects to your hutko merchant with two values from the hutko merchant portal: the merchant ID and the payment key.

1. Log in to the hutko merchant portal.
2. Open Налаштування мерчанта > Основний профіль (Merchant settings > Main profile).
3. Copy the merchant ID and the payment key (ключ платежу).

Note

You don’t need to enter a callback URL in the hutko merchant portal. Altegio sends it to hutko with every payment.

Step 3. Connect hutko in Integrations

1. In Administration mode, open Integrations in the left menu.

2. Under Categories, click Payment systems.

3. Click hutko.

4. On the hutko page, click Connect.

5. In the Connection hutko window, enter the merchant ID in Merchant ID and the payment key in Payment Key.

6. Click Connect at the bottom of the window.

The hutko page also opens from Digital Payments: in the Select a payment provider window, select Hutko and click Connect Hutko.

Step 4. Select hutko for payment methods

hutko receives the payments of each payment method where hutko is selected as the payment system: Payment via link and Prepayment in the online booking widget.

1. In Administration mode, open Digital Payments > Checkout in the left menu.

2. Next to Payment via link or Prepayment in the online booking widget, click Connect, or Set up if the payment method is already connected.
3. In the Payment system block, click Change, or Select if no payment system is selected yet. If the block already shows hutko, go to step 7.
4. In the Select a payment provider window, select Hutko.
5. If the Merchant ID and Payment Key fields in the Account details block are empty, enter the values from the hutko merchant portal.
6. Click Add.
7. Click Connect at the bottom of the page, or Save if the payment method is already connected.

Result

After you select hutko as the payment system, clients pay on the hutko payment page by Visa or Mastercard card, Apple Pay, or Google Pay. The bank may ask the client to confirm a card payment with 3-D Secure.

Paying by link

The client opens the payment link from the appointment window, checks the visit details, and pays on the hutko payment page. After the payment, Altegio marks the visit as paid. To learn how to send the link, see Payment links & QR code: use.

Prepaying in the online booking widget

When a client books a service that requires prepayment, the online booking widget opens the hutko payment page. After the payment, Altegio marks the visit as paid. If the client doesn’t pay within the prepayment time limit, Altegio cancels the unpaid booking.

Where to check hutko payments

• In Altegio: open the visit in the Appointment Calendar. A visit that the client paid through hutko is marked as paid.
• In the hutko merchant portal: open Транзакції > Платежі (Transactions > Payments). The list shows each payment and its status: successful, declined, or refunded. Open a payment to see the exact date when hutko pays it out to your PUMB account.
