Altegio builds the operating system for appointment-based businesses: salons, clinics, fitness studios, schools and service chains. More than 13,000 locations run their bookings, clients, payments and staff on the platform. A team of 130+ people builds, sells and supports it from offices in Hungary, Armenia, Cyprus, Kazakhstan and Brazil, and remotely.

What you will work on
Our customers run their working day in Altegio: the calendar, the client base, payments, payroll, stock and the messages their clients receive. What you build or fix reaches thousands of businesses the next morning.

How we work
Our principles spell the company’s name.
- Appreciation We notice contributions, effort and initiative, and we say so.
- Loyalty We build long-term commitment between people and the company, in both directions.
- Transparency Communication is open, honest and structured, with as little hierarchy as possible.
- Empowerment People have the freedom to act and decide, close to the work.
- Growth We support continuous personal and professional development.
- Inclusivity We respect different cultures and perspectives. You do not need to change who you are, only to share our values.
- Ownership We take responsibility for results, not only for tasks.
Day to day, that means English as the shared working language, asynchronous communication across time zones, clear goals and regular one-to-ones, and room for experiments backed by data. Teams use AI tools in their daily work, from engineering to customer support.
Where we work
We have offices in Budapest, Yerevan, Nicosia, Astana and São Paulo, and many colleagues work remotely across Europe, Latin America and Asia. Each position says where it is based and how the work is organised: on-site, hybrid or remote. For some roles we support relocation to Budapest or Yerevan.
What we offer
- Employment or a contract that fits your country and the role.
- Flexible formats: on-site, hybrid or remote, depending on the position, and respect for your time off.
- A day off on your birthday and a flexible public-holiday policy.
- English classes, the equipment you need, and voluntary health insurance in Armenia, our largest hub.
- Growth inside the company: learning, internal moves between teams, and a long-term incentive plan for key team members.
- Team events, and colleagues in many countries.
How we hire
- Apply on the position’s page. The form opens on PeopleForce, our recruiting system, where you attach your CV.
- A call with a recruiter. A short conversation about your experience, your expectations and the role.
- An interview with the hiring manager. For some roles it includes a practical task.
- A final conversation and the offer. We agree on terms that fit your country and the type of engagement.
- Onboarding. Access and instructions before your first day, then an introduction to the company, your team and your tools, and a review at the end of the probation period.
Our recruiters review every application and contact the candidates whose experience fits the role.
