With this report, you can analyze how promotions are performing for a specific branch and, if needed, adjust the settings. The report helps you understand how many new clients a promotion attracts and how many of them become repeat customers.
You can also analyze whether it’s possible to re-engage existing clients who haven’t visited the branch for a long time.
Working with the report #
To use the report, you must have access rights to the Analytics section. Read more about this in the article.
Go to Analytics > Reports > Promotions in the main menu.
- Select the promotion type.
- Set the promotion period you want to analyze.
In the Clients section, you will see new and repeat clients who came via the promotion during the selected period.

You can export the list of clients who did not return by clicking Export to Excel.
To export the file, you need the access right Show phone numbers and emails in the client list.

The exported file will include:
- Client name
- Phone
- Registration date
- Date of last visit
- Total paid via the promotion
- Personal account balance
In the Earnings section, you will see revenue from clients who made visits and purchased items using the analyzed promotion, as well as the total revenue these clients generated for the location during any subsequent return visits.

In the Team member effectiveness section, you will see how many clients received services via the promotion from each professional, and how many of those clients returned to the location again.

Technical details #
- At the moment, analytics is available only for the following promotion types: Fixed discount, Fixed cashback based on sold amount, Fixed cashback based on paid amount. Reports are not available yet for cumulative promotion types.
- The first chart in the Number of clients section shows client visits to the branch — if one client visited twice during the selected period, the chart will show 2 bars, but in the numbers on the right, the client will be counted as one.
- If a client, during a promotion visit, saw two specialists, the client will appear under both specialists in the Staff performance table.
- Revenue includes all financial transactions from visits or product sales.
- Exporting the list of clients who did not return is available only if the user has the permission Show phone numbers and Emails in the client list in the All Clients permissions section. If the permission is not granted, the export feature in this report is not available.
