Altegio lets you notify and keep both new and returning clients informed using SMS, push notifications, and chatbots:
- about available services and discounts;
- to notify them about bookings made online;
- to remind them about upcoming visits;
- to request reviews after a visit;
- to inform employees about a client booking, reschedule, or cancellation.
To send messages via SMS aggregators or a chatbot, you need to sign an agreement with one of Altegio’s partners. The partner list will continue to expand, and you’ll always be able to switch to an aggregator with better terms.
After signing the agreement, you can start setting up notification types for your clients and employees:
- set up notifications;
- define notification sending scenarios;
- manage notification types, view history, and disable notifications individually.
