What is AssistBot? #
AssistBot is a WhatsApp chatbot специально developed for beauty salons, nail studios, barbershops, and other service and healthcare businesses.
WhatsApp bot features #
- Sends all possible types of notifications to clients in WhatsApp: appointment creation, reminders, review requests, messages to lost clients, greetings, etc. — everything you send via SMS, but free of charge, since AssistBot messages are not billed. At the same time, you can disable SMS notifications and optimize these costs.
- AssistBot has a personal account where your receptionists can chat with clients and process messages quickly, even if there are many messages.

Connection #
- In Altegio, go to Integrations > Notifications and select the AssistBot app, or follow the link.
- On the page that opens, click Connect.
Then follow the provided instructions.
