The provider also works with non-residents of Ukraine under an offer agreement.
Service features #
The service includes the ability to choose your own sender name or use a shared sender name with the provider’s support.
You can start testing the service immediately after registration (UAH 1 is credited to your balance).
Connection #
- In Altegio, go to Integrations > Notifications and select the AlphaSMS app or follow the direct link.
- On the page that opens, click Connect.
- The AlphaSMS.ua website will open. Fill in the registration form (phone number, password), tick the CAPTCHA checkbox, and click Register.
- Enter the SMS code sent to the phone number you used during registration, then click Activate.
- Complete the registration form and click Save.
Sender name registration #
To register a sender name, go to Mailing and open the Names tab, then fill out the form. The average approval time for sender names in Ukraine is about 2 weeks.
To connect a shared sender name for your messaging topic, contact the provider’s support in any convenient way.
Payment #
To use the services, top up your balance. Top-up is available in your personal account.
Go to Finance, choose a payment method, and make the payment.
AlphaSMS.ua supports several top-up methods: online via payment systems and via invoice.
You can also set up an automatic notification in your personal account for when your balance approaches a certain amount. Notifications are configured in Settings on the Profile tab.
Notifications are sent to the phone number and email specified when registering the account.
