In Altegio, the HR Report tool helps you easily manage and analyze employee data with precision. Whether you’re tracking new hires, reviewing employment periods, or checking dismissal records, this report gives you the insights you need to make smart HR decisions.
To access the report:
Go to Chain interface. Select the desired chain from the left drop-down menu.

What You Can Do with the HR Report:
- Track new hires over a specific period
- Analyze employee retention by comparing creation and employment dates
- Filter dismissed employees for auditing or documentation
- Segment staff by services they provide or their job roles

Accessing the HR Report
Go to Analytics > HR report from the side menu to get started.

Filter Options Overview
Employees Created
Filter by the date range when employees were added to the system.
Employment Date
Select a date range based on when employees began working.
Search Fields
- Employee Name or Phone Number – Quickly locate individual staff members
- Employee TIN – Search by taxpayer identification number
- Location – Filter by branch or office
- Position – Filter by job role
- Services – Show employees based on associated services
Display Options
- Details – Choose to show all, only with details, or only without details
- Dismissal Status – Filter by active, dismissed, or all employees
- Sort Order – Sort by creation or employment date, ascending or descending
Generating the Report
Once filters are set, click the “Show” button to view the report. The results will appear in the table below.
