The Reports – Reviews section contains information about all the reviews left by the location’s clients. It includes reviews left both in the description of the company and in the description of professionals.
The section contains information about what reviews and for what period were created, reviews about the location or professional and rating itself.
All reviews data can be revised separately due to the convenient filter options:
Date of creation
All reviews/company info/professional
Rating
Filter the list by the required items and click Show. Beyond that, the reviews can be deleted in this section.
If necessary, the reviews can be downloaded as Excel.
