Reports > Upcoming Visits

The Reports > Upcoming Visits section contains service information that is necessary when contacting Altegio support, as well as summary information about recent appointments and visits. The content of the sections under the Reports > Upcoming Visits section:

  • Location ID which is required when contacting Altegio’s technical support
  • Contact details of a personal customer support manager
  • Appointments  (last upcoming and previous visits to your company)
  • Activity log of your company

Important

If this section does not contain the manager’s data, but displays the support service contacts, contact us via Support Center > Live Chat to assign a personal manager to your company.

Activity feed legend #

The activity feed shows all created appointments, as well as the history of all changes related to them.

Appointments can be filtered and cancelled.

To the left of the service name, you can see the appointment status and how it was created:

  • New widget — the client booked on their own via the widget.
  • Mobile — the appointment was created via the mobile app for employees.
  • Web interface — the appointment was added via the web interface in the appointment log.
  • Partners — the client booked on their own via a partner’s website or service (for example, Google Maps).
  • Website — the appointment was made via the widget installed on your website.

Notes for appointments created via the mobile app and the web interface change color depending on their status. Pink means the appointment was deleted.
