It is an automatic notification that notifies the administrator and employee about the expiration of the location subscription.

3 days and 1 day before the subscription expiration and at once the subscription is expired, the administrator and the employee will be notified of its status.

It is used to find out about the termination of Altegio in time.

Configuring and editing 

1. In the main menu go to the Settings — System settings — Notifications section and open the Types of notifications tab.

2. In the Notifications to administrator and employee section select Subscription expiration and click Edit (the pencil button).

3. Enable the notification by checking the box.

4. Configure the Channels.

5. Click the Save button.
