Setting up Facebook Pixel analytics in the Altegio online widget

Facebook Pixel setup #

To integrate Facebook Pixel with your Altegio online booking widget, follow these steps:

Get your Pixel ID:

  • Log in to your Facebook Business Manager account.
  • Go to the Pixels section in Events Manager.
  • Copy your Facebook Pixel ID.

Add the Pixel ID in Altegio:

  • Go to your Altegio account.
  • In the widget settings, find the section where you can add your Facebook Pixel ID. To do this, go to Online booking > Online booking links, open the link settings by clicking its name or the Configure button, then scroll to the Analytics block.
  • Paste the Pixel ID into the designated field.

Once the Pixel ID is added, the integration is complete, and your widget will start sending data to Facebook for analytics and retargeting.

Events tracked by Facebook Pixel #

After you set up Facebook Pixel, it will track various events related to your online booking widget. These events help you understand user behavior and improve your marketing efforts.
