The Reports > Appointments section lets you view, filter, and manage all appointments created across the chain for the selected period. It shows data for the location, team member, service, client, visit time, statuses, appointment sources, and the appointment creator.
This tool helps administrators, managers, and owners:
- find the needed appointments quickly and conveniently,
- monitor the accuracy of visits,
- track visit statuses,
- analyze the work of team members and receptionists,
- see appointment sources and channel effectiveness,
- manage the accuracy of the schedule and client data.

How to use the filters #
At the top of the page, there is an advanced set of filters that allows you to precisely select the appointments you need.
Appointment creation (date range) — shows appointments by their creation date.
Visit date (date range) — filters by the date the service was scheduled for.
Location — shows appointments only for a specific branch.
Team member — shows appointments for a specific specialist or administrator.
Appointment statuses. For example: confirmed, pending, canceled, deleted.
Visit statuses — reflects the actual visit outcome: client came, client didn’t come, waiting for client, etc.
Payment statuses — filters by payment state: fully paid, partially paid, unpaid.
Appointment sources — helps determine where the appointment was created from: admin web interface, online booking widget, mobile app, API, partners.
Appointment category — allows sorting appointments by service types or areas.
Search by client name or phone number — quick search for administrators.
Appointments per page — allows you to choose: 25 / 50 / 100 results.
Records table #
After applying the filters, a table with appointments is displayed.
For each appointment, the following is shown:
- Location
- Team member
- Service
- Client (full name + phone number)
- Visit time
- Appointment creator (receptionist or system)
- Visit status
- Appointment source
- Edit and delete buttons
This data makes it easy to monitor schedule accuracy and receptionist’s work.
Export to Excel #
The section supports data export. To do this, click Export to Excel.

The file will be sent to the user’s email address.
Information about exports will also appear in Reports > Activity Logs.
This section shows the export log — who requested what data and when.
You can download the export file again if you have the required access rights.
