Available features
After connecting the integration, you can:
- Accept payment by QR code
- Process installment payments or payments with Uzum Bank cards, as well as Humo, Uzcard, Visa, and MasterCard
- Set up online prepayment for online booking
- Set up payment by link from the appointment window
- Sell memberships and gift cards through the online booking widget
How to connect the Uzum Bank integration #
- Submit an application on the bank’s website — an Uzum manager will contact you.
- Sign an agreement with Uzum Bank.
- Wait for verification by Uzum’s security service.
- Receive access to your personal account and login credentials.
- Wait until the service setup is completed.
- Receive the integration keys by email.
- After that, open the Integrations section in Altegio (in Administration mode), find Uzum Bank, and click Connect.
- The system will redirect you to the setup page, where you need to enter the integration keys you received and choose the available payment methods:
- Card payment — debit and credit cards
- Uzum Bank app — payment by link through the app
- Click Connect to save the settings.
After the data is saved, the integration will be activated, and clients will be able to pay for services via Uzum Bank.
Payment steps #
- The client receives a payment link from the salon.
On the Quick Payment page, they see the appointment details:
- Specialist’s name, date, and time
- Cost of services and products
- They choose a convenient method:
- Pay by card
- Pay via the Uzum Bank app
- After a successful transaction, Altegio displays a screen with the message “Payment completed successfully.”
Payments are available with Uzum Bank cards, as well as Humo, Uzcard, Visa, and MasterCard.
Uzum Bank offers special terms for all Altegio clients, valid until the end of 2025:
- Payment with Uzum Visa cards — 0% (instead of 1%)
- Payment with other cards (Uzcard / Humo) — 0.4% (instead of 1%)
- Installment payments with a 30-day grace period (no additional fees for the client) — 3% (instead of 5%)
After the integration is connected, all payments made by clients through Uzum Bank will be recorded automatically in the Altegio system.
This speeds up the payment process, reduces appointment cancellations, and helps businesses receive money faster and more reliably.
QR code for clients #
In Administration mode, under Finance > Online Payments, a QR code is available that clients can use to pay for an appointment directly at the checkout.
The QR code is generated automatically based on the connected payment system and allows the client to pay for the service using a smartphone.
Go to Finance > Online Payments (Administration mode).
In the QR code for download section, choose a suitable template:
- color
- black and white
- or SVG format
Download the file and print it.
Place the printed QR code near the checkout or in the payment area.
