Billing, Analytics, and SMS mailings access rights

Setup #

  1. Go to Settings > Team, select the required team member, and open the Access tab.
  2. Find the required permission section and enable it using the toggle, then click the name of the relevant block and enable the specific permissions you want to grant the team member.
  3. To save changes, click Save in the bottom-right corner.

Access to Billing > Subscription #

The permission to view billing allows you to restrict access to the subscription, balance change history, and Altegio payments. This permission should be granted only to team members who are competent and authorized to handle this information.

Location access only from IP addresses (v4, v6) #

The permission Allow access to the location only from IP addresses (v4, v6) lets you allow location access only from specific IP addresses set in the settings. In the field that appears, enter the required IP address or multiple IP addresses separated by commas (you can уточнить/confirm your IP addresses with your internet provider).

You can also allow access for all IP addresses that include part of a sample address. This makes it possible to grant access when using dynamic IP addresses.

Restricting access by IP address can serve as an additional layer of authentication. In this case, access is available only from trusted networks, which increases security and reduces the risk of unauthorized account use. It also helps you control and limit connections from unknown sources. For example, if you have a static IP, the team member will be able to work in the location only from the specified IP address.

Access to the “Analytics” section #

The permission to view statistics is controlled by access to the Analytics section, which contains statistical data on key metrics (revenue, expenses, average ticket, etc.), team member performance, occupancy, services, and clients. This permission can be restricted for team members who don’t have the authority or competence to work with these options.

Access to sending SMS #

The permission Send SMS campaigns to clients applies to all notification types available in Altegio. You decide which team member are authorized to send SMS campaigns. This is a very important function because SMS campaigns are paid by the company. That’s why this permission may be restricted — or granted only to certain team members.

Access to adding a location within a chain #

A team member with this permission can create and add new locations or subdivisions within an existing chain.
