<strong>Settings &gt; Main settings &gt; Team<\/strong>.<br>By itself, it does not allow full team member management \u2014 additional permissions are required.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">With this permission, a team member can open the section, see the list of team members and part of their settings, but cannot make changes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Create team members<\/strong> \u2014 allows adding new team members by specifying their name and position. However, to fully set up a team member (assign services, enable online booking, etc.), additional permissions are required.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Edit team members<\/strong> \u2014 allows changing almost all team member settings and expands capabilities during creation.<br>Does not include:\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>changing team member\u2019s services \u2014 requires <strong>Services &gt; Change team member services and their duration<\/strong>;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>managing access rights \u2014 requires <strong>Manage team member with access<\/strong>;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>managing payroll calculation schemes \u2014 requires a permission from <strong>Finance &gt; Access to payroll calculation schemes<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Delete team members<\/strong> \u2014 allows completely deleting a team member and all related data.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Dismiss team members<\/strong> \u2014 allows dismissing a team member. Unlike deletion, it keeps all statistics about their work.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Access to the \u201cPositions\u201d section<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A root permission that grants access to <strong>Settings &gt; Main settings &gt; Positions<\/strong>.<br>Only location positions can be edited. Chain-wide positions can be edited only at the chain level.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Create positions<\/strong> \u2014 allows adding new positions via the Positions section or when creating\/editing a team member.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Delete positions<\/strong> \u2014 allows deleting positions from the location. Deletion is possible only if no team members are assigned to the position.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Edit work schedule<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Allows configuring the schedule in <strong>Settings &gt; Main settings &gt; Work Schedule<\/strong>.<br>In the new interface, this permission is also required to edit schedules via: the <strong>Schedule<\/strong> tab in the team member profile card, and the <strong>Team<\/strong> section.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">What to do if a team member cannot see their schedule<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The <strong>Edit work schedule<\/strong> permission lets a team member edit work schedules. It does not, by itself, grant access to view a team member\u2019s schedule in the web version. To view a schedule in the <strong>Appointment Calendar<\/strong>, the team member needs access to the <strong>Appointment Calendar section<\/strong> and the <strong>View schedule and appointments of team members<\/strong> permission with their own profile included. For details, see <a href=\"https:\/\/alteg.io\/en\/support\/knowledge-base\/4846977968669-appointment-calendar-access-rights\/\"><strong>Appointment Calendar access rights<\/strong><\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If the Appointment Calendar item is missing only for one team member, ask them to confirm they are in the correct Location and then contact the account owner or manager. The account owner or manager should check that Appointment Calendar access is enabled for the team member and that their profile is selected under <strong>View schedule and appointments of team members<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If the Appointment Calendar item is missing for all team members, the access right for their role may have been disabled. Individual team members cannot restore this access themselves.
