In the Staff<\/strong> access rights section, you can control which actions a user is allowed to perform when working with team members, positions, and schedules.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    In this section, you can enable or disable access to team-related actions for a selected role.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Available permissions<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

    \u0410 root permission that grants access to Settings > Main settings > Team<\/strong>.
    By itself, it does not allow full team member management \u2014 additional permissions are required.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    With this permission, a team member can open the section, see the list of team members and part of their settings, but cannot make changes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      \n
    • Create team members<\/strong> \u2014 allows adding new team members by specifying their name and position. However, to fully set up a team member (assign services, enable online booking, etc.), additional permissions are required.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Edit team members<\/strong> \u2014 allows changing almost all team member settings and expands capabilities during creation.
      Does not include:\n
        \n
      • changing team member\u2019s services \u2014 requires Services > Change team member services and their duration<\/strong>;<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • managing access rights \u2014 requires Manage team member with access<\/strong>;<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • managing payroll calculation schemes \u2014 requires a permission from Finance > Access to payroll calculation schemes<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • Delete team members<\/strong> \u2014 allows completely deleting a team member and all related data.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • Dismiss team members<\/strong> \u2014 allows dismissing a team member. Unlike deletion, it keeps all statistics about their work.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

        Access to the \u201cPositions\u201d section<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

        1. <\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

          A root permission that grants access to Settings > Main settings > Positions<\/strong>.
          Only location positions can be edited. Chain-wide positions can be edited only at the chain level.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

          • Create positions<\/strong> \u2014 allows adding new positions via the Positions section or when creating\/editing a team member.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
          • Delete positions<\/strong> \u2014 allows deleting positions from the location. Deletion is possible only if no team members are assigned to the position.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

            Edit work schedule<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

              Allows configuring the schedule in Settings > Main settings > Work Schedule<\/strong>.
