Bulk scheduling is useful when several team members work the same hours.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>If needed, you can <strong>edit or delete<\/strong> a work schedule. After selecting this type, the schedule will be set for every day within the selected period.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Shift-based:<\/strong> set the number of workdays and days off. After selecting this type, specify the pattern, for example <strong>2 on \/ 2 off<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>By weekdays:<\/strong> select which weekdays are working days for the team member. If you marked the team member as available for online booking in their settings, clients will be able to book with them on their own.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Editing a work schedule<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>You can edit a team member\u2019s schedule in several ways.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Changing a schedule for a period<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>To change a schedule for a period:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Go to the <strong>Schedule<\/strong> tab at the bottom.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Select the required dates in the calendar and tap <strong>Edit schedule<\/strong>.\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Or tap the team member\u2019s photo if you need to change the schedule for a specific person.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>On the page that opens, make changes and tap <strong>Save<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p>To delete a schedule, tap the <strong>trash<\/strong> icon in the upper-right corner. Tap <strong>Yes<\/strong> to confirm.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>You can also edit team members\u2019 schedules directly in the appointment book.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Setting a schedule in the appointment book<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>To edit a team member\u2019s schedule in the appointment book:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Go to the <strong>Book<\/strong> tab at the bottom.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Tap the team member\u2019s photo in the book.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Choose an action:\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Change schedule for the day:<\/strong> opens the schedule editor for the day selected in the book. Here you can change working hours or add a break using <strong>Add break<\/strong>. To remove a break, tap the <strong>\u00d7<\/strong> next to it.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Remove from schedule for the day:<\/strong> a message appears: \u201cRemove from the schedule for the selected day?\u201d Tap <strong>Yes<\/strong> to remove the team member from the schedule for that day.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Set schedule for a period:<\/strong> opens the same period schedule editor as in the <strong>Schedule<\/strong> section.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Editing a schedule in the appointment book<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>To edit a schedule in the appointment book:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Go to the <strong>Book<\/strong> tab in the bottom bar and tap the <strong>+<\/strong> button to the left of the team member\u2019s name.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>In the <strong>Team members<\/strong> field, select the required team members. You can:\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>select one team member,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>select everyone by tapping <strong>All team members<\/strong>,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>select a position (all team members with that position will be selected),<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>or select team members manually.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Edit the schedule in the same way as in the <strong>Schedule<\/strong> section.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Tap <strong>Save<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p>To delete a schedule from the calendar, tap the <strong>trash<\/strong> icon in the upper-right corner.
