To upgrade your plan, within Limit management<\/strong> section click Add team member<\/strong>.
A modal window will open with options to purchase additional team members and extend the plan.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The second option to add additional team members is within Billing> Subscription<\/strong> section. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

The price for an additional team member is automatically calculated based on the latest purchased subscription only<\/strong> \u2014 without taking into account any previous subscriptions or their bonus months.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Your subscription price is derived from the parameters of your most recent purchased subscription.
We use the actual paid cost<\/strong>, the number of team members included in that subscription<\/strong>, and the full subscription period (including bonus months)<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

You can add new team members under the same subscription terms \u2014 the rate is not recalculated.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The cost for an additional team member is calculated using the average daily price<\/strong> of one team member from your latest subscription.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Formula:<\/strong>
Price per day for 1 team member = Paid cost \/ (Number of team members \u00d7 Number of days in the subscription period)<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Paid cost<\/em> = the real amount the client paid for the subscription (with all discounts included)
Subscription period<\/em> = purchased months +<\/strong> bonus months<\/p>\n\n\n\n

All discounts and bonus months that were part of the latest subscription<\/strong> are included automatically.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Each new team member is charged at the same effective rate<\/strong> that was used when purchasing the latest subscription.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

You can add team members at any time<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The cost depends only on your current active subscription<\/strong> \u2014 it does not depend on your previous subscriptions or business location.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

If you renew your subscription before it expires, the calculation will use the parameters of the new latest subscription<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

All taxes and documents<\/strong> are handled the same way as for the main subscription.
