In the left menu, find the <strong>Telephony<\/strong> section. Go to <strong>Settings<\/strong>, then <strong>CRM Integration<\/strong>. Click the Altegio widget.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Paste the token you copied earlier and click <strong>Connect<\/strong>. The integration setup in the Virtual PBX is complete.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Return to the Altegio interface. You will see that the integration status is now <strong>Connected<\/strong>, and in the sidebar under <strong>Telephony<\/strong> the following sections are available: <strong>Integration<\/strong>, <strong>Routing<\/strong>, <strong>Routes<\/strong>, and <strong>Calls<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Go to <strong>Routes<\/strong>. When the integration is created, <strong>Route for all users<\/strong> is added automatically. Click the pencil icon in the <strong>Actions<\/strong> column and edit the route.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Give the route a clear name (for example, <strong>Administration<\/strong> or <strong>Sales department<\/strong>), select the users and locations that should receive calls, and choose where the route call history will be stored. The chain owner\/manager can view the full history under <strong>Telephony &gt; Calls<\/strong>, but location employees\u2019 access rights will differ. If managers:\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>should not have access to call history, choose <strong>Chain call history<\/strong>;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>can view lists of all calls received by the company \u2014 choose <strong>Chain and all locations call history<\/strong> (the entire history is also duplicated under<strong> Analytical Reports >  Call logs<\/strong>);<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>should have access only to their location call history, choose <strong>Chain and notified locations call history<\/strong> (under <strong>Analytical<\/strong> <strong>Reports > Call logs<\/strong>, only calls of the specified location will be shown).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>After setting up the route, don\u2019t forget to click <strong>Save<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Now link the route you created in Altegio to the number that should receive incoming calls. Go to <strong>Routing<\/strong> and add a rule.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>At this step, specify in order:\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Routing type:<\/strong> where the call will go \u2014 <strong>Phone<\/strong> (if calls should come to the company\u2019s main number) or <strong>SIP<\/strong> (if calls should be received by a specific employee or department).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Identifier:<\/strong> the phone number without a plus sign, spaces, or hyphens (if you selected <strong>Phone<\/strong>) or the employee\/department short extension (if calls go via <strong>SIP<\/strong>).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Route:<\/strong> the route you created earlier.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>If needed, add additional rules. Click <strong>Save<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p>The Altegio integration with Viva-MTS Virtual PBX has been successfully set up.
