The virtual PBX will play a voice greeting instead of ring tones, route an incoming call to an available employee, provide a detailed summary of incoming, outgoing, and missed calls, and much more.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>If you are not yet a Kcell Virtual PBX client, submit a connection request at <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/vats.kcell.kz\/\">vats.kcell.kz.<\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Altegio integration capabilities with Kcell Virtual PBX<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>With the integration, you can:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Add a new client to your database from the pop-up window and schedule a visit right during the call;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>When receiving an incoming call, greet a regular client by name, schedule a new visit, or edit an existing appointment without wasting time searching for the contact in the database, and also open the client card directly from the pop-up window to view their call and visit history;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Listen to recordings of incoming and outgoing calls in the Altegio interface.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Virtual PBX plans<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Connection is free. In <strong>Settings<\/strong>, select <strong>CRM integration<\/strong>. Among the available integrations, find the Altegio widget and click <strong>Connect<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>In the window that opens, paste the copied token and click <strong>Connect<\/strong>. The integration setup on the Virtual PBX side is now complete.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Go back to Altegio. The integration status will change to <strong>Connected<\/strong>, and additional sections will appear in the <strong>Telephony<\/strong> menu: <strong>Integration<\/strong>, <strong>Routing<\/strong>, <strong>Routes<\/strong>, and <strong>Calls<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Go to <strong>Routes<\/strong>. Change the settings of the basic route: by default, <strong>Route for all users<\/strong> is used and call history is saved in the chain call history. Click <strong>Edit<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Give the route a simple and clear name, for example <strong>Astana location<\/strong> or <strong>Sales department<\/strong>. Select the users and locations that will receive incoming calls. Also choose where call history will be stored:\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Chain call history<\/strong> \u2014 calls will be saved under <strong>Telephony &gt; Calls<\/strong>; only the chain manager\/owner can view the call history;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Chain and all locations call history<\/strong> \u2014 calls are saved not only under <strong>Telephony<\/strong>, but also under <strong>Analytical<\/strong> <strong>Reports  > All reports > Marketing > Call<\/strong> <strong>logs<\/strong>; the call history is available both to the chain manager\/owner and location managers;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Chain and notified locations call history<\/strong> \u2014 calls are saved both under <strong>Telephony<\/strong> and under <strong>Reports<\/strong>, where the history will be available only for the location selected in this route.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Click <strong>Save<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Now link the created route to the number that should receive calls. To do this, go to <strong>Routing<\/strong> and click <strong>Add rule<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>In the fields that appear, specify:\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Routing type.<\/strong> If calls should come to the company\u2019s main number, select <strong>Phone<\/strong>. If the call should be received by a specific employee or department, select <strong>SIP<\/strong>;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Identifier.<\/strong> If you selected <strong>Phone<\/strong> in the <strong>Type<\/strong> field, enter the phone number (without a plus sign or spaces). If the routing type is <strong>SIP<\/strong>, enter the employee\u2019s or department\u2019s three-digit extension number;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Call route<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Click <strong>Save<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p>You can create any number of routes and rules for your numbers, depending on how they work.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Done.
