After connecting a partner integration via Administration<\/strong> mode, Integrations > Notifications<\/strong> with chat available in the Appointment Calendar and the visit window in Altegio, complete the additional setup.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Important<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Additional settings will be available only after you connect an integration with chat functionality in Altegio. At the moment, chat support has been implemented by our partners \u2014 Integrilla; soon it will also be available from Fromni, Flowsell, Message.Help, and others. You can find the full list of partners in Integrations > Notifications<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n

Auto-saving new clients<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

After enabling auto-saving for new clients, new client contacts will be saved automatically to the client database. You will be able to quickly filter them using the Chat leads<\/strong> segment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

This segment will include clients with no visits who have messaged in chat for the first time. These clients will also be assigned the Chat lead<\/strong> category.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

To enable:<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

  1. Go to Administration<\/strong> mode, Settings, <\/strong> Digital Schedule > Digital Schedule Settings.<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n
    \"\"\n\t\t\t\n\t\t\t\t\n\t\t\t<\/svg>\n\t\t<\/button><\/figure>\n\n\n\n

    1. In the window that opens, in the Chat with client<\/strong> block, check the box Save new clients from chat to the client database with the Chat leads category<\/strong>, then save the settings.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

      After that, a new segment Chat leads<\/strong> will appear under Clients > All Clients<\/strong>. To filter clients, click the Chat leads<\/strong> segment and then click Search<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      These clients will also be assigned the Chat lead<\/strong> category.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      Note<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

      If you create a visit for a client with the Chat lead<\/strong> category, they will disappear from the segment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      If, for some reason, a client has no name in the messenger, they will be saved as No name<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      If you disable auto-saving for new clients, the Chat leads<\/strong> segment will not disappear, and all existing leads with categories will remain there \u2014 but new clients with new messages will no longer be saved to the client database.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
