If, when setting up IP telephony for the chain<\/strong><\/a>, the routes Chain and all salons call history<\/strong> or Chain and notified salons call history<\/strong> were selected, you can configure pop-up call notifications in the web version of the system.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

When a client calls, a pop-up window will appear on the computer screen with their name and phone number, as well as the option to view their last visit and select a date and time for a new appointment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

If the client is calling for the first time, a card will also pop up with the caller\u2019s phone number, a field to enter their name, and the option to book them for a visit.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

To set up pop-up call notifications in the web version:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

  1. In the location, go to Settings > Team<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  2. Click the team member\u2019s name and open the Notifications<\/strong> tab.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  3. In the Notification types<\/strong> field, select from the drop-down list which types of notifications the team member will receive.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  4. In the Web version notifications<\/strong> block, check Incoming calls<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  5. Click Save<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

    Important<\/strong>

    The selected type does not affect web version notifications, but it does affect sending notifications via SMS, Email, and Push<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    If a team member or receptionist needs to receive other notifications, select the appropriate type and configure sending the required notifications.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
