It shows data for the location, team member, service, client, visit time, statuses, appointment sources, and the appointment creator.<br><br>This tool helps administrators, managers, and owners:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>find the needed appointments quickly and conveniently,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>monitor the accuracy of visits,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>track visit statuses,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>analyze the work of team members and receptionists,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>see appointment sources and channel effectiveness,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>manage the accuracy of the schedule that allows you to precisely select the appointments you need.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Appointment creation <\/strong>(date range) \u2014 shows appointments by their creation date.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Visit date<\/strong> (date range) \u2014 filters by the date the service was scheduled for.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Location <\/strong>\u2014 shows appointments only for a specific branch.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Team member \u2014<\/strong> shows appointments for a specific specialist or administrator.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Appointment statuses.<\/strong> For example: confirmed, pending, canceled, deleted.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Visit statuses <\/strong>\u2014 reflects the actual visit outcome: client came, client didn\u2019t come, waiting for client, etc.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Payment statuses <\/strong>\u2014 filters by payment state: fully paid, partially paid, unpaid.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Appointment sources<\/strong> \u2014 helps determine where the appointment was created from: admin web interface, online booking widget, mobile app, API, partners.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Appointment category<\/strong> \u2014 allows sorting appointments by service types or areas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Search by client name or phone number<\/strong> \u2014 quick search for administrators.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Appointments per page <\/strong>\u2014 allows you to choose: 25 \/ 50 \/ 100 results.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Records table<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>After applying the filters, a table with appointments is displayed.<br>For each appointment, the following is shown:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Location<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Team member<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Service<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Client<\/strong> (full name + phone number)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Visit time<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Appointment creator<\/strong> (receptionist or system)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Visit status<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Appointment source<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Edit and delete buttons<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>This data makes it easy to monitor schedule accuracy and receptionist\u2019s work.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Export to Excel<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>The section supports data export.
