period.<br>You choose one parameter (e.g., revenue from sold, average spend, new clients, cancelled appointments), and the system builds a table showing how this value changed across dates and locations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This report is ideal for deep analytical work, such as:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>tracking performance trends,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>identifying peaks or drops,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>comparing locations by one specific metric,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>monitoring staff or operational efficiency,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>evaluating the effects of promotions, price changes, report works<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>The report displays a table where:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Columns<\/strong> = dates within your selected period<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Rows<\/strong> = locations<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Cells<\/strong> = metric value for a specific location on that specific day<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>A <strong>Total<\/strong> row at the bottom summarizes the value for each day across all locations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Available parameters<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>The following metrics are available for analysis:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Revenue Metrics<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Revenue from sold<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>The value of services and products sold during visits with the status <strong>\u201cArrived\u201d<\/strong>, plus product-only sales outside visits.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Revenue from paid<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>The total amount actually paid by clients during the selected period (only completed, paid transactions).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Average Check &amp; Occupancy<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Average spend<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Average check calculated based on visits and product sales that include a client phone number.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Average occupancy<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Ratio of the total duration of \u201cArrived\u201d visits to the total working hours of team.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Client Metrics<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>New clients<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Clients who made their first visit on that day.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Returning clients<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Clients who made their second or subsequent visit.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Lost clients<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Clients whose last visit falls into the previous period of the same length (based on returnability settings).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Appointments and Visits<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Appointments<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>All created appointments, including cancelled ones.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Cancelled appointments<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Cancelled\/deleted appointments + visits with the status <strong>\u201cClient didn\u2019t come\u201d<\/strong> (No-show).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Completed appointments<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Visits with the status <strong>\u201cClient came.\u201d<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Incomplete appointments (No-show)<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Visits in statuses:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>\u201cPending\u201d<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u201cConfirmed\u201d<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">How to use this report<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>The Breakdown by Parameters report helps you:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Analyze a single KPI in depth<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Compare how locations perform in one specific metric<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Identify problematic days or unusual spikes<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Evaluate staff efficiency, marketing impact, and operational changes<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Monitor achievement of goals and performance plans<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>This report is especially powerful when combined with <strong>Summary Report, Breakdown by Days, and Breakdown by Locations.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Exporting data<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Use <strong>Export to Excel<\/strong> to continue working with the data in spreadsheets, build charts, prepare presentations, plan staffing,
