The Breakdown by Days<\/strong> report provides detailed performance analytics for each location, grouped by individual dates within the selected period. This report helps you track daily dynamics: revenue, occupancy, average check, and client activity for every location on a day-by-day basis.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

It is especially useful for identifying patterns such as peak days, slow days, seasonal behavior, the impact of promotions, staff schedules, or external events on daily performance.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Where to find the report<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

  1. Navigate to Analytics > Breakdown by Days<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

    1. Select the date range and, if needed, filter by Service subdivisions<\/strong>, then click Show<\/strong> to generate the report.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    2. You can also export the data using Export to Excel<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

      Report structure<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

      The report displays a table where all data is grouped by day<\/strong>.
      Within each date block, you will see a list of locations<\/strong> with their corresponding metrics for that specific day.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

      For each location on each date, the following indicators are shown.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      Description of metrics<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

      The set of metrics is consistent with the logic used in Summary Report<\/strong> and Breakdown by Locations<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      Total Revenue<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

      The total combined value of services and products sold during visits with the status \u201cClient came\u201d<\/strong>, plus product sales recorded outside of visits.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
