structure<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The report displays a table where all data is grouped by <strong>day<\/strong>.<br>Within each date block, you will see a <strong>list of locations<\/strong> with their corresponding metrics for that <strong>specific day.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">For each location on each date, the following indicators are shown.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Description of metrics<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The set of metrics is consistent with the logic used in <strong>Summary Report<\/strong> and <strong>Breakdown by Locations<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Total Revenue<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The total combined value of services and products sold during visits with the status <strong>\u201cClient came\u201d<\/strong>, plus product sales recorded outside of visits.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Includes:<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Revenue from services<\/strong> \u2014 cost of services performed<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Revenue from products<\/strong> \u2014 products sold during visits and outside of visits<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The percentage values show the share of revenue from services and products out of the total revenue for that specific day and location.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Important<\/strong><br><br>Revenue is calculated regardless of whether a phone number is attached to the visit.<br>Phone numbers are required only for client-related indicators and average check calculations.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Average check<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Calculated as:<br><strong>(Revenue from services + revenue from products) \/ (visits with clients + bookings without clients + product sales)<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Average service revenue<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Calculated as:<br><strong>Revenue from services \/ (visits with clients + bookings without clients)<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Only visits and product sales <strong>with a phone number attached<\/strong> are included in the calculation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The revenue used for calculating average check is <strong>not displayed as a separate metric<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Average occupancy<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">This metric reflects how efficiently the working schedule of the location was used on that specific day.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Calculated as:<br><strong>Total duration of \u201cArrived\u201d visits \/ total working hours<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Important<\/strong><br><br>If team members who <strong>do not provide services<\/strong> (such as administrators) have working hours in the schedule, the occupancy percentage may appear incorrectly low. Such team members should be excluded.
