Click the <strong>i<\/strong> icon to open a tooltip.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Revenue<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Revenue.<\/strong> Total cost of services and products in visits with the status \u201cArrived,\u201d plus product sales outside of visits.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Service revenue.<\/strong> The total cost of services in visits with the status \u201cArrived.\u201d<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Product revenue.<\/strong> The total cost of products sold in visits with the status \u201cArrived,\u201d plus product sales outside of visits.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p><strong>Important<\/strong><br><br>All revenue metrics are calculated based on the cost of services in \u201cArrived\u201d visits \u2014 <strong>both with and without a phone number<\/strong>. Product sales are counted the same way.<br>A phone number is required for correct calculation of the <strong>average ticket per client per visit<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Average Spend<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>The full revenue metric is <strong>not<\/strong> used to calculate the average ticket. The calculation is based only on visits and product sales that include a phone number. This portion of revenue is not shown as a separate metric.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Average spend.<\/strong> Revenue from services and products for the period divided by:<br>visits with clients during the period + bookings without clients during the period + product sales during the period.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Average service revenue.<\/strong> Service revenue divided by:<br>visits with clients during the period + bookings without clients during the period.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Average Occupancy<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>The total duration of visits with the status \u201cArrived\u201d is divided by the total working hours of team members.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p><strong>Important<\/strong><br><br>Average occupancy may be inaccurate if employees who <strong>do not provide services<\/strong> (such as receptionists) are added to the schedule with working hours. They have no appointments, yet they appear in the statistics.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<p>You can exclude these team members from occupancy statistics by unchecking the option <strong>Analytics > visit<\/strong> within a period equal in length to the selected one, and whose last visit ended the number of days specified under <strong>Analytics > Settings > Client Churn<\/strong> (details in the
