The Altegio<\/strong> mobile app for team members now supports configuring service packages, <\/strong>including those provided by four or more specialists simultaneously (4hands+ feature).<\/strong> This functionality is fully synchronized with the web version<\/strong> of the platform.

This is useful if your company offers multiple services simultaneously<\/strong> by different team members in a single appointment.<\/strong> The new settings are also suitable for cases where the same service is performed by multiple team members at the same time<\/strong> or where one team member provides several services consecutively.<\/strong> These services can also be grouped into a package with a discount applied.<\/strong>Packages can be sequential<\/strong> or parallel<\/strong> and include 2 to 10 services.<\/strong> You can create package services in a location or the chain interface, set up online booking for them at the location, and create and edit package appointments in the appointment calendar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Important<\/strong>

Currently, package configuration is only available for individual services and in the web version of the program, but packages will soon be available in the Altegio mobile app. The new functionality is available exclusively in the updated Appointment Window 2.0. Package services are still under development and will soon be available to all Altegio users. If packages are not yet available to you, contact Altegio technical support or your manager. You can find their contact details in the Reports>Upcoming visits<\/strong>section. Your feedback is highly valuable and will help improve the functionality of packages.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n

Creating a package<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Go to the Services<\/strong> section in the main menu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Packages use already-created individual services. Follow the instructions to create them beforehand here<\/a>. If a category for the package already exists, expand it. If not, create a new category. For more information on creating categories, click here.<\/a>In the expanded modal, tap the  Create a package<\/strong> option.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Configuring a package<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

The creation process in the mobile app is similar to that in the web location interface<\/strong> and mirrors the steps in the mobile version.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Basic package parameters<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

On the General settings<\/strong> tab:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Specify the package name<\/strong> (e.g., Hardware Manicure + Hardware Pedicure).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Select the service category<\/strong>. By default, the category where the package is created will be selected.Add the services included in the package, set the order of services, and indicate the package price.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Package services<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

In the Package services<\/strong> section, click Add a service<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In the modal window, select the services to include in the package. Expand the necessary category and mark the services. You can also use the search feature. Once selected, click Select<\/strong>.

Important<\/strong>
<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Services must be created in advance to appear for selection.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

You can select different services from different categories.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

You can choose chain-level services.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

A package can include 2 to 10 services.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

The same service can be added multiple times, and you can set the quantity using the <\/em>+<\/em><\/strong> and <\/em>\u2013<\/em><\/strong> buttons.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Only individual services can be added to a package; other packages are not displayed in the selection.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Each service must be assigned to a team member who provides it.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Only 100% prepayment is currently available.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

You cannot schedule a package service with membership yet.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Service provision order<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Choose how the services will be provided:<\/strong>
Simultaneously by multiple specialists \u2013 Parallel Package.<\/strong>
<\/strong>Select this option if different team members provide services at the same time.
Example:<\/em> Manicure + Pedicure performed by two specialists simultaneously.

Sequentially by a single specialist \u2013 Sequential Package.<\/strong>
<\/strong>Select this option if services are performed one after another by the same team member.
Example:<\/em> Eyelash Tinting + Eyebrow Shaping.
In this case, all selected services must be assigned to the same specialist. The package will always be handled by a single team member, and selecting different specialists is not possible.

Sequentially by multiple specialists \u2013 Sequential Package.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Select this option if services are performed one after another by different team member.
Example:<\/em> Evening Look (Makeup + Evening Hairstyle), where a makeup artist and a hairstylist provide services one after another.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Unlike the \u201cSequentially by one specialist\u201d option, this setting is more flexible, allowing clients to choose different specialists for the services within the package. However, if one specialist can perform multiple services, they can still be assigned to the entire package. This flexibility gives clients more options and increases the availability of convenient time slots for booking.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Setting the package price<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Specify the calculation type and price:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Total of service prices:<\/strong> The price is the sum of the individual services in the package.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Manual pricing (Set manually):<\/strong> Specify a custom price. The difference between the custom price and the sum of individual services will be proportionally distributed across the services.Discount percentage (Apply a percentage discount):<\/strong> Set a percentage discount for the package. The discount will apply to all included services, and prices will be rounded to whole numbers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Online booking settings for packages<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

On the Online Booking<\/strong> tab, configure how the package will appear in the online booking widget:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Toggle<\/strong> whether the package is available for online booking. If disabled,<\/strong> only administrators can book the package manually in the appointment calendar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Enter the package name<\/strong> for online booking. If left blank, the default name will be used<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Add a description highlighting the package\u2019s benefits, materials used, and any other details to help clients choose. The description can include up to 450 characters.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Upload an image that reflects the package. Recommended size: 680\u00d7280 pixels; Max file size: 12 MB.<\/strong>If necessary, enable the \u201cThe package is available for a limited time\u201d<\/strong> option and specify the booking period, available days, and times.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Packages in the Appointment Calendar<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Once created, clients can book packages online through the widget (if enabled), and administrators can manually create package appointments in the calendar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Creating package appointments<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Creating appointments for packages is similar to creating individual appointments. However, a single package appointment will create multiple linked appointments:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

For a simultaneous package<\/strong>, appointments will be created for multiple team members at the same time. For a sequential package<\/strong>, appointments will be created sequentially for the same team member.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Advanced settings<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

You can also configure resources and translations for packages.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Resources<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

If resources are linked to the services in the package, they will appear in the Resources<\/strong> tab.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

You can unlink resources for the package without affecting the resources in the individual services.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Add resources for the entire package if needed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Languages<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Specify the package name in other languages so clients can see it when switching the language in the online booking widget. Select the desired language and add the translated name for the package. For more details on this setting, refer to this guide.<\/strong><\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Notes<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

It is not possible to assign a separate process map to packages. However, if the services included in the package have associated process maps, those maps will apply.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Specific team members cannot be assigned to a package; team members linked to the included services will be assigned automatically.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The duration of a package cannot be adjusted directly. It can only be changed in the service or team member settings.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Exporting and importing packages via Excel is currently unavailable.If the service type is changed from individual to group in the service settings, a warning will appear in the package settings: Not configured.<\/strong>
<\/strong>In this case, the package will not work.<\/p>\n\n\n\n


Alternatively, if the selected time conflicts with another appointment, a warning will appear.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
