Automatic notification that is sent to a team member<\/strong> when a client cancels an appointment in their personal account<\/strong> on the alteg.io website, or when a receptionist deletes an appointment in the Appointment Calendar.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Immediately after the appointment is deleted by the client or administrator, the employee selected to provide the service will receive a notification that the appointment has been deleted, along with the details of the deleted visit.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  1. In the Administration mode, go to Notifications<\/strong>, then open the Notification types<\/strong> tab.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n
