Automatic notification that is sent to a team member<\/strong> when a client reschedules an appointment in their personal account,<\/strong> or when a receptionist reschedules<\/strong> an appointment in the Appointment Calendar.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Immediately after the client or receptionist reschedules the appointment, the team member selected to provide the service will receive a notification with the details of the rescheduled visit.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Used to ensure the team member is informed about changes to their appointments in a timely manner.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  1. In the Administration mode, go to Notifications<\/strong>, then open the Notification types<\/strong> tab.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

    1. In the Team member<\/strong> section, select Appointment rescheduling by client or receptionist by clicking the notification name or the pencil<\/strong> icon.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n
