What is it and what is it for?<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

You can easily categorize clients in the Altegio<\/strong> mobile app based on certain criteria by assigning them to different categories<\/strong>. Categories are represented by colorful tags with customizable names that make it easy to label and organize clients. By default, three categories are already created for you: Permanent, Loyal, <\/strong>and VIP.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

You can use default categories and create new ones, assign categories to clients, edit and delete them.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Using Filters<\/strong> you can send messages to a specific group of clients as well as assign new categories to specific clients. The categories assigned to clients will be displayed automatically in the Appointment Calendar<\/strong>, allowing you to quickly identify and manage appointments for specific categories of clients.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

How to create a category?<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Go to the Clients <\/strong>menu and use the search bar to find the client you want to assign a category to.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In the client card <\/strong>scroll till you see the Category<\/strong> section. Tap the Plus <\/strong>button to add a new category.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Indicate the title <\/strong>of the category.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u00a0Select the color for the tag<\/strong>, click Save<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

After this the category will appear in the list. You will also see the client categories directly in the appointment.<\/strong>

How to assign a category to a client via web interface?<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

In the Clients \u2014 Client Database<\/strong> section open a client\u2019s profile and select a tag you want to assign from the drop down list in the Category<\/strong> field.Click the “Save<\/strong>” button to apply your changes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

How to assign a category to a group of clients?<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Go to the Clients \u2014 Client Database<\/strong> section and in it:<\/p>\n\n\n\n
