Automatic notifications that are sent to a team member <\/strong>immediately after an appointment is created. Two types of notifications are configured: for online bookings<\/strong> and for bookings created in the schedule<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

For online booking:<\/strong> immediately after the client creates an appointment via the online booking widget, the employee selected to provide the service will receive a message with the visit details.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

For a booking created in the Appointment Calendar<\/strong>: immediately after receptionist creates an appointment in the Appointment Calendar, the professional selected to provide the service will receive a notification with the visit details.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Used to ensure the team member is informed about changes in their appointments in a timely manner.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  1. In the Administration <\/strong>mode, go to Notifications<\/strong>, then open the Notification types<\/strong> tab.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n
