Automatic notification that is sent to the receptionist when a client cancels an appointment in their personal account.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Immediately after the client deletes an appointment via the widget <\/strong>(whether it was created through the online booking widget or through the booking schedule), the receptionist will receive a notification with the details of the cancelled visit.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Used to ensure the receptionist is informed about changes in the booking schedule in a timely manner.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  1. In the Administration<\/strong> mode, go to Notifications<\/strong>, then open the Notification types<\/strong> tab.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n
