Automatic notifications that are sent to the receptionist immediately after an appointment is created<\/strong>. Two types of notifications are configured: for online bookings<\/strong> (created by the client) and for bookings created in the calendar<\/strong> (created by receptionist).<\/p>\n

For online booking:<\/strong> right after the client creates an appointment via the online booking widget, the receptionist will receive a notification with the visit details.<\/p>\n

For a booking created in the Appointment Calendar:<\/strong> right after an appointment is created in the Calendar (by another receptionist), the receptionist will receive a notification with the visit details.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/article>\n<\/div>\n\n\n

The receptionist who created the appointment will not receive a notification.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n

  1. In the Administration <\/strong>mode, go to Notifications<\/strong>, then open the Notification types<\/strong> tab.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n
