is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p><strong>Important<\/strong><br><br>To open a chat with a client, you must have the following access rights:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Booking window > Access to client data<\/strong> (to open WhatsApp from the appointment window)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>All Clients > Show phone numbers and emails in the client list<\/strong> (to open WhatsApp from the client database)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>All Clients > Show phone number in the client profile<\/strong> (to open WhatsApp from the client profile)<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Messaging<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>You can open a chat with a client from two sections:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>From the client profile<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>From the appointment <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Open WhatsApp from the Clients list<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>In the mobile app, go to the main menu \u2014 tap <strong>More<\/strong> in the bottom-right corner.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Open the <strong>Clients<\/strong> section.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Tap the menu (three dots) next to the selected client\u2019s name <strong>Schedule<\/strong> at the bottom.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Tap the appointment you need.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>In the appointment window, tap the <strong>WhatsApp<\/strong> icon to the right of the client\u2019s name.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>After that, WhatsApp will open the chat with the client, and you can start messaging.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<figure
