Integrilla<\/strong> replaces the SMS aggregator<\/strong> and allows you to send messages and auto-notifications to WhatsApp<\/strong> and\/or Telegram<\/strong> from Altegio. <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

  1. In Altegio, navigate to the Administration<\/strong> mode Integrations<\/strong> > Notifications <\/strong>section and select the ‘Integrilla’ application or go to the link https:\/\/app.alteg.io\/e\/mp_186_intgrla\/<\/a>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  2. On the opened page, click the Connect<\/strong> button.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

    1. On the opened page, click the Settings<\/em> tab.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    2. In the block with the title WhatsApp, click on the text on the red background that says \u201cScan QR\u201d<\/em>.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

      1. After clicking on the text, a window with a QR code will open. There will also be a \u201cReset\u201d<\/em> button in it if you need to connect another phone.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

        1. Now you need to take the phone from which notifications will be sent with installed WhatsApp Business, open the WhatsApp app and click:<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

          2. After successful scanning, the text \u201cConnection established\u201d will be displayed in the personal account in a few seconds, and a new device will appear in the application on the phone.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

            Possible errors<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

            As a rule, the QR code is scanned without any problems, but there are cases when the WhatsApp application displays an error. Let\u2019s analyze the most common ones:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

            It is currently not possible to bind new devices<\/em><\/h4>\n\n\n\n

            Make sure that the scanning is done directly from the personal account\/QR code page, not from a screenshot, and try again.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

            Invalid QR code<\/em><\/h4>\n\n\n\n

            Click the \u201cReset<\/em>\u201d button, wait a few minutes and scan again.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
