By default, the <strong>Calculation<\/strong> screen will open.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>If you are an <strong>owner or manager<\/strong> and you have <strong>full access<\/strong>, you will see the list of team members. Access to payroll calculation &gt; Access to payroll calculation for a specific employee only<\/strong>, they will see all screens in this section: <strong>Calculation<\/strong> and <strong>Payouts<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>If a user does <strong>not<\/strong> have the permission <strong>Finance &gt; Access to payroll calculation &gt; Access to payroll calculation for a specific employee only<\/strong>, the <strong>Salary<\/strong> screen will not be displayed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>If the user\u2019s <strong>Access to payroll calculation<\/strong> permission is limited to <strong>Current day only<\/strong>, then:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>On the <strong>Calculation<\/strong> tab, only the <strong>Per day<\/strong> button will be available, and the weekly calendar will not be shown.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>On the <strong>Payouts<\/strong> tab, the selected period will be <strong>from the current day to the current day<\/strong>. The calendar will be locked, and the dates cannot be changed.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>For users with full permissions and <strong>Access to payroll calculation for all employees<\/strong>, the <strong>Payroll calculation<\/strong> section is available in the menu.
