The notification is sent the number of days you specify before the client\u2019s discount expires. The discount expiration rules are configured in Clients > Loyalty Program<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The discount expiration notification is sent a set number of days in advance.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Used to increase customer return rate.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

For campaigns created in the chain-level Loyalty<\/strong> section, notifications are configured at the chain level.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n

  1. In the Administration mode, go to Notifications<\/strong>, then open the Notification types<\/strong> tab.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

    1. In the Client > Retention<\/strong> section, select Discount expiration <\/strong>by clicking the notification name or the pencil <\/strong>icon.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

      1. On the General settings<\/strong> tab, select the sending conditions:
        Choose how many days before <\/strong>the discount expires the client will receive the notification (from 1 to 15 days<\/strong>).<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n
