The notification is sent after the client\u2019s discount has changed, in accordance with the rules and settings in Clients > Loyalty Program<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Used to increase customer loyalty and promote discount campaigns.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Cancellation of discounts, importance classes, and adding\/removing clients from customer categories is performed after the specified number of days has passed. No notifications are \u043f\u0440\u0435\u0434\u0443\u0441\u043c\u043e\u0442\u0440\u0435\u043d\u044b for the client at the moment a discount is cancelled.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

For campaigns created in the chain-level Loyalty<\/a><\/strong> section, notifications are configured at the chain level.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n

  1. In the Administration<\/strong> mode, go to Notifications<\/strong> section, then open the Notification types<\/strong> tab.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

    1. In the Client > Retention<\/strong> section, select New discount<\/strong> by clicking the notification name or the pencil icon.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n
