After editing\u00a0<\/span>Services<\/b><\/a> <\/span>and <\/span>Team\u00a0<\/strong><\/a> <\/span>you can configure Positions for your team members.<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n

A Position<\/strong> is a group of team members who perform similar types of work or services, such as Stylists, Makeup Artists, Cardiologists, <\/em>or Tutors.<\/em> Positions are used within the Altegio<\/strong> system to help you filter data about team members in various sections of the platform.

For instance, when setting up a schedule or payroll, you can filter team members by position to help streamline the process. This setting is particularly useful for companies with a large number of team members, as it enables you to display schedules and data by position.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Setting and editing<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

  1. In the main menu, go to Team > Positions<\/strong> section, and then click on the Add a position<\/strong> button located in the top right corner of the page.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

    1. In the window that appears, specify the Name<\/strong> of the position and, if necessary, add a Description<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    2. Once you’re done, click the Save<\/strong> button to save the new position.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

      Where to specify team member\u2019s position<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

      1. Go to Team> Team members list<\/strong> section.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      2. Select a team member by either clicking on their name.<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n
      3. In the section that opens, select the required position in the Position<\/strong> field.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      4. Once you’re done, click the Save<\/strong> button to save the changes.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n
