You can automatically repeat an appointment \u2014 this setting removes the need to create a new appointment in the schedule each time. To create a repeat template, in the appointment window click the Repeat<\/strong> appointment<\/strong> tab.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  1. Enter the template name and select how often it should repeat, then click Create template.<\/strong> Later, you will be able to choose this template to set up other appointments.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  2. Set the time <\/strong>and start date<\/strong> for the repeating appointment. Set the maximum number of repeats <\/strong>or the end date.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  3. Choose how the appointments<\/strong> will repeat: without clients or with clients.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  4. Click Save.<\/strong> After that, the repeated appointments will appear in the schedule.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  5. For group events, you can also create a Repeat<\/strong> or set up a Schedule<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

    By default, in group events the Repeat<\/strong> appointment<\/strong> tab is replaced with the Schedule<\/strong> tab, but you can switch between them. For a detailed setup guide read this article<\/a><\/strong>.<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n
