You can connect a <\/span>Google Calendar<\/b> <\/span>to a single team member or multiple team members. Synchronization enables you to add appointments from <\/span>Altegio<\/b>to the connected <\/span>Google Calendar,<\/b> <\/span>but not the other way around.<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n

How can you connect the Calendar<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

To connect a team member’s Google Calendar to Altegio, follow these steps:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  1. Go to Team> Team members list<\/strong> section and open the team member’s card. Then, go to the Settings<\/strong> tab.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  2. In the Integration section, click on the Sign in with Google<\/strong> button. This will open a new window that will prompt you to log in to your Google account.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

    1. After establishing the connection, all appointments will be automatically uploaded to the connected Google Calendar<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

      Note<\/strong>

      If you enable the option to Export client data to Google Calendar<\/strong>, information about the clients will be uploaded to the Calendar when creating an appointment. If this option is disabled, only the client’s name will appear in the Calendar.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n

      How to disconnect the Calendar<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

      1. Go to the Team<\/strong> > Team members list <\/strong>section and open the Settings<\/strong> tab in a team member\u2019s card.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      2. In the Integration<\/strong> section click the Disable <\/strong>button.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

        Synchronization of the schedule of all team members into one calendar<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

        1. Add the same Google Calendar<\/strong> for all team members.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
        2. To allow access to a team member’s Google Calendar, select the calendar and click on the button with three dots.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n
