What is it and what is it for?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

A webhook<\/strong> is a notification mechanism that sends information when a specific event<\/strong> occurs in the system. Events refer to changes in the system’s state, such as creating a new product<\/strong>, updating company information<\/strong>, or deleting a service<\/strong>. The webhook notification is sent as a request using the POST<\/strong> method, containing details about the event, including its type and a link to the changed object<\/strong>. For instance, if the name of a product is modified, a notification will be sent with a link to that specific product.<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n

A webhook<\/strong> contains a description of the changes, including the object type<\/strong> and a link to the changed object<\/strong>. This information is sent to the specified URL<\/strong> as part of the webhook notification.

Configuration<\/h1>\n\n\n\n

Go to the Administration <\/strong>mod<\/span>e Settings > System Settings > <\/strong>For Developers<\/strong><\/span> section, enable sending hooks<\/strong> and specify the address<\/strong> to which notifications will be sent. <\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Set up for what events webhooks need to be sent:<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n

    • when changing the location settings in the <\/span>Settings \u2014 My location \u2014 Location Settings and in the <\/span>Settings \u2014 My location \u2014 Business Information sections (except Company details tab). <\/span><\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • when creating, editing, deleting a team member<\/span><\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • when creating, editing, deleting products<\/span><\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • when creating, editing, deleting a service<\/span><\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • when creating, editing, deleting a service category<\/span><\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • when creating, editing, deleting a client<\/span><\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • when creating, editing, deleting a booking in the Appointment Calendar<\/span><\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • when creating, editing, deleting inventory and financial operations<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n
