Automatic message inviting the client to book another visit. The notification will be sent if, within the specified period, the client has not made an appointment with the company for a service. The check is performed for each service separately. If the notification periods \u0441\u043e\u0432\u043f\u0430\u0434\u0430\u044e\u0442 for two services, one notification will be sent listing both services.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Used to increase visit frequency and remind clients about recurring services in a timely manner.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The notification will be sent only if the client\u2019s previous appointment for the service has the status Arrived<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n

  1. In the main menu, go to Administration<\/strong> mode Notifications<\/strong>, then open the Notification types<\/strong> tab.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

    1. In the Client > Retention<\/strong> section, select Invitation for a follow-up visit <\/strong>by clicking the notification name or the pencil icon.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

      1. On the General settings<\/strong> tab, choose the sending conditions:
