To configure the PDF template of non-fiscal receipts for paid visits, open Settings > Non-fiscal receipt settings<\/strong> in Administration<\/strong> mode.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Non-fiscal receipt settings<\/strong> page has five blocks: Printing preferences<\/strong>, Client details<\/strong>, Location bank details<\/strong>, Items<\/strong>, and Additional information<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Printing preferences<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

The Printing preferences<\/strong> block contains Format<\/strong> and Receipt language<\/strong>. In Format<\/strong>, select one of the available formats: A4<\/strong>, Terminal printer 80mm<\/strong>, or Terminal printer 58mm<\/strong>. In Receipt language<\/strong>, select the language of the receipt.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Client details<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

In the Client details<\/strong> block, select the client details to include on the receipt: Name<\/strong>, Phone number<\/strong>, and Email address<\/strong>. These details are specified in the client profile under Clients > Client base<\/strong> or in the Client block<\/strong> of the appointment window.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Location bank details<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

In the Location bank details<\/strong> block, select the location details to include on the receipt: Legal business name<\/strong>, Legal address<\/strong>, Actual address<\/strong>, TIN<\/strong>, Business classification code<\/strong>, Bank identification code<\/strong>, Bank name<\/strong>, Correspondent account<\/strong>, Current account<\/strong>, Country<\/strong>, and VAT ID<\/strong>. These details are configured under Settings > Location > Legal information<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Items<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

The Items<\/strong> block contains VAT for each item<\/strong>, Text for displaying VAT of services<\/strong>, VAT rate for services<\/strong>, Text for displaying VAT of products<\/strong>, and Amount of VAT of products<\/strong>. The services and products on the receipt are taken from the appointment window.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Select VAT for each item<\/strong> to show VAT on the receipt. VAT rate for services<\/strong> applies to all services on the receipt, and Amount of VAT of products<\/strong> applies to all products. If VAT for each item<\/strong> is cleared, the receipt shows no VAT and no amounts without VAT.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

How is VAT calculated on a non-fiscal receipt?<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

VAT on a non-fiscal (PDF) receipt is included in the price. Altegio extracts VAT from each line of the receipt: line total \u00d7 rate \u00f7 (100 + rate). VAT is never added on top, so the receipt total always equals the amount the client paid. One visit gives the same amounts in every format: A4<\/strong>, Terminal printer 80mm<\/strong>, and Terminal printer 58mm<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Example<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

A service costs 50 \u20ac and the VAT rate for services<\/strong> is 21%. The VAT column of the line shows VAT 21%: 8.68 \u00b7 without VAT: 41.32. The receipt total is 50 \u20ac.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n

For every line with a VAT rate above 0%, the receipt shows:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    \n
  • the price with VAT in the Price column, as in the price list;<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • the VAT rate and the VAT amount in the VAT column;<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • the amount without VAT for the whole line (not per unit) in the VAT column.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

    The totals block of the receipt shows the VAT total for services, the VAT total for products, the Without VAT total, and the With VAT total.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    The VAT calculation applies to non-fiscal receipts only. Financial reports in Altegio don’t change.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    How is a 0% VAT rate shown on the receipt?<\/h4>\n\n\n\n

    A line with a 0% VAT rate shows only the VAT label, without a percentage, a VAT amount, or an amount without VAT. Lines with a 0% rate count in the Without VAT total at their full amount. The receipt has no VAT total line for services or products whose rate is 0%. If every line on the receipt has a 0% rate, the receipt shows no Without VAT and With VAT totals.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Example<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

    A visit includes a 50 \u20ac service at 21% VAT and a 10 \u20ac product at 0% VAT. The receipt shows Without VAT 51.32 \u20ac, VAT 8.68 \u20ac, and a total of 60 \u20ac.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n

    Additional information<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

    To add your own text to the receipt, select Display<\/strong> in the Additional information<\/strong> block and enter the text in the editor under Text<\/strong>. Click Save<\/strong> to apply the receipt settings.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
