style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>the client\u2019s name, phone number, and email <\/strong>(specified in the client profile under <strong>Clients > All Clients<\/strong> or in the <strong>Client<\/strong> section in the visit window);<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>the organization\u2019s details
