Within the Altegio<\/strong> mobile application, you’ll find a convenient Appointment Calendar scaling feature that mirrors what’s available on the web version. Users have the flexibility to tailor the calendar display to their preferences on their mobile devices.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In the Scaling<\/strong> section, you can fine-tune the following settings:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    \n
  1. Multiplicity<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n
  2. Number of columns<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

    To access this section, simply click on the upper right sidebar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Multiplicity in Appointment Calendar<\/h1>\n\n\n\n

    When working with the Appointment Calendar, whether in Team<\/strong> or Resources<\/strong> mode, you can adjust the Multiplicity settings by following these steps:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      \n
    1. Navigate to the Scaling <\/strong>section.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    2. Locate the option for Slot duration<\/strong> and make your desired adjustments.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n
      \"\"\n\t\t\t\n\t\t\t\t\n\t\t\t<\/svg>\n\t\t<\/button><\/figure>\n\n\n\n

      <\/span>There are three possible multiplicities: 5, 10 and 15 minutes<\/strong>. By default the multiplicity is set to 15 minutes. To change the multiplicity, move the slider to the required position.<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n

      When the settings are changed, Appointment Calendar is reorganized in real time.<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n

      To apply the settings, click Save<\/strong>.<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n

      This setting applies to the following modes within the Appointment Calendar:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

        \n
      • For Team<\/strong>:<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • Day view.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • A week view filtered by team member.
        <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n
          \n
        • For Resources<\/strong>:<\/li>\n\n\n\n
        • Day view.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
        • Filtered by resource.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

          Number of columns in Appointment Calendar<\/h1>\n\n\n\n

          Choose either the Team<\/strong> or Resources<\/strong> mode.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

          Within the Scaling section, locate the option for Number of columns<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

          <\/p>\n\n\n\n

          By default, the number of columns is dynamically determined based on user access rights in the following manner:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

            \n
          • Users with access to the Appointment Calendar of a single team member have a default of 1 column.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
          • Users with access to the Appointment Calendar of multiple team member have a default of 3 columns.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

            The maximum allowable number of columns in the Team<\/strong> mode is 5, while in the Resources<\/strong> mode, it is limited to 3.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

            If the location has fewer than 5 team member, you can still select 5 columns in the settings, but the actual number of columns displayed will be constrained by the number of available team member.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

            When you make adjustments to these settings, the Appointment Calendar updates in real time.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

            To modify these settings, simply move the slider to your desired position, and to apply the changes, click the “Save”<\/strong> button.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

            This setting applies to the following modes in the Appointment Calendar:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

            For Day <\/strong>mode:
            It applies to both Team<\/strong> and Resources <\/strong>filters.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

            If you choose 5 columns in the settings, and there are more than 5 people at the location, a horizontal scroll option will appear.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

            Note<\/strong>

            When Week <\/strong>mode is selected, this setting is not displayed. If the user switches back from the Week<\/strong> mode to the Day<\/strong> mode, the number of columns will match the user’s previously set value.
